Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we will deal with the information that you provide us when you apply. Your rights to see the data, your rights to have it deleted and anything else that you may wish to know.
It also describes in summary and extended versions everything you need to know about what we share with third parties including credit reference agencies and other lenders.
Terms and Conditions
Want to know what you are agreeing to and when? Our T&C's page goes through what it means for you legally when you apply. Your cooling off period, at which point you can back out of any offer that has been made.
The FCA requires all finance sites to write in plain English. Everything is clear and easy to read.
Subject Access Requests
You have a legal right to see what (if any) information we hold about you. We explain our procedure for sending someone their details.
To avoid unnecessary delays, we would recommend that individuals or claims companies read this section carefully as our procedures differ from the majority of other finance sites.
Complaints Policy
No matter how hard we try, disputes do still happen. In these cases, there are specific steps that you should follow in order for your complaint to be escalated further.
Ultimately customers in the UK have the right to have a complaint decided upon by the Financial Ombudsman Service. Their powers are extensive, and this is how to get your case to them if we can't solve your complaint.
